when i was pulling hair out of my drain, the spikes broke off a lot. the length is really nice though.

They break almost immediately. Quality has really gone down. Charging over $2 per snake is such a rip off considering it breaks so easily and plastic bits and up in your drain.

It did not work in either bathroom. It would get stuck and it broke coming back up. This was expensive and didn’t work

Not good for sink drains with an an attached plug. I used one according to the instructions It was extremely difficult to remove from the drain and plastic pieces broke off in the drain. Even in the wider drain, it was difficult to capture hairs. Gave away the remaining sticks to to someone who will hopefully have better luck and wider drain openings.

Honestly works better than any liquid solution, unfortunately after one use it'll be gone but it does its job

I was a little weary given the consistency of the one star reviews I read, but I just used one of these for the first time and I was able to clear two drains (bathroom sink and tub/shower) with multiple uses of just the one tool. I have long hair known to be an issue in drains and I’m pretty sure I pulled out some remnants of past tenants out as well. The teeth didn’t start significantly bending nor threatening to break until I was basically done with the second drain. It was definitely gross but incredibly effective.

One drain cleaner worked to clean out both my sink and shower drain. They are very durable.

These drain cleaners are cheap, easy to use, and EFFECTIVE! I'm not sure if anyone else does this but when washing and rinsing my hair, strands fall out of my head. I slap these wet hairs on the shower wall until I'm done showering. Sometimes (*SOMETIMES* 😬) I forget to wipe my hair off the wall. It dries and then falls off the wall. Then the next time I start my shower, the hair sails on down the floor of the shower right into the drain. Side note, sometimes my tub shroom isn't in all the way and a few hundred strands get past the goal. I know, I know. I'm not proud but I am, at the very least honest about it. The drain becomes clogged and I have to fish out a muskrat. These drain cleaners are surprisingly effective! The only drawbacks is the plastic teeth tend to bend and break during the retrieval process. But they're great to have on hand for the sinks as well.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this one was worth it. After having inconsistent drainage and recent clogging in my apartment bathroom sink and shower, I figured I’d give this a try. I wanted to see if I could take care of it before asking my apartment maintenance to help (it always takes too long and rarely solves the problem). Let me tell ya…these things WORK. My sink was unclogged in minutes and my shower…I swear I pulled out a whole wig of hair 😳. I like that it came with 3, and I can dispose of the one that did a lot of work! Pro tip: if it feels like it’s stuck, I found that wiggling and pulling carefully did the trick!

Do not buy! What a waste of money! They are so cheaply made that I couldn’t tell if it would pull out ALL the hair because it broke before I even got 1/4 of the way out!

Shower drain was clogged thanks to post partum hair loss but this cleared out all the hair and water goes right down the drain again!
