They are advertised as unscented, and their customer service confirmed they should be unscented. I wonder if there was a packaging error. I've used Swiffers for years and never had one that smelled like this.

A: Safety is our top priority here at Swiffer, and we can assure you that our Dusters have been thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed. The material is made out of polyester / polyethylene / polypropylene, and they feature a mineral oil finish to trap and lock dust and other particles.

What happened to these duster pieces? They are si small and of very poor quality. They’re about the size of a medium feminine napkin. In other words, these are pure trash-a waste of money.

This duster package is misleading. I opened the package today ready to dust and there's no handle inside. Nowhere on the exterior of the package does it state that these are refills and the instructions on the box even show someone using a handle (with no note saying "handle not included"). I noticed just now that the product page online states "refill" but it's not on the actual package you see when purchasing in store. Needless to say, I did not get my dusting done today and instead am here writing this review. Please adjust your packaging so people know what they are buying (or not, in this case).

Couldn’t figure out how to get it all puffy as the commercial and package show, so it’s not any more effective as the “one sided” duster and it costs way more. I will use up the package but won’t buy it again.

I am a huge Swiffer fan and these have been a great addition to my collection of Swiffer cleaning supplies. I do like the double-sded duster to help clean quicker and more efficiently. Also, I like using them with the regular Swiffer duster handle as well as with the long extended Swiffer to clean vents, blinds, and filters around our home. I highly recommend these!

I have used your product since it came out and absolutely love them, but in the last 3 months they are falling apart and leaving fussy particles on the furniture not happy about this I clean houses for a living not sure if your cutting back on the products to make the swiffer but it seems the quality of the product is not the same as before when product first came out.Thank you, Donna Hodges

No where on the package does it say fragranced- but sure enough, they are significatnyl scented. Not good for us. Also, the photo looks nothing like what you actually get. They work a bit- but not nearly as fluffy as they used to be and I can't get past the scent- it immediately started giving me a headache and allergic type reaction.

I especially like using my 360 duster on my ceiling fan, my air conditioning vent, and bookcase. Being short, and using the extender really helps to get those hard to reach places you don’t expect for dust to hide on. The price was great, as well with the sale.
