A: The manufacturer does not bother to check what they put in the box, so getting scented dusters when you order unscented is what you should expect. P&G stands for profit and greed.

They are advertised as unscented, and their customer service confirmed they should be unscented. I wonder if there was a packaging error. I've used Swiffers for years and never had one that smelled like this.

A: Safety is our top priority here at Swiffer, and we can assure you that our Dusters have been thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed. The material is made out of polyester / polyethylene / polypropylene, and they feature a mineral oil finish to trap and lock dust and other particles.

This product is a game changer when it comes to dusting furniture, etc in your house. So convenient to use, just slide the the yellow duster into the wand and start dusting. This great invention cuts cleaning time down considerably. It is like a little yellow magnet that attracts dust.

The 360° fibers really do trap and lock dust instead of just moving it around, which makes a big difference on blinds, ceiling fans, and electronics. I especially like the extendable handle—it makes it easy to reach high shelves and ceiling corners without needing a ladder. It’s lightweight and comfortable to use, and the head swivels so it can fit into tight spaces. The dusting cloths grab a surprising amount of dust and pet hair. I usually use one refill multiple times before swapping it out, and it still holds up well. It’s safe on delicate surfaces too, like my TV and computer screens.
These are much better than originals!

Having allergies, cleaning dust is crucial for me. I've used a Swiffer duster for many years now. But I really love this new discovery with Swiffer duster heavy duty. It has extra lining to get stubborn dust off. Great for blinds, pictures, children's shelves (or any shelves really), headboards, exercise equipment, office items, and so much more. Easy to use, simply attach the disposable refill to a handle, shake duster to fluff, pluck strips to fluff, and clean away! This set comes with 6 dusters, but the amount I clean this almost 4000 sq feet home, I may need a bigger box of these! They hold all the dust well and definitely help my cleaning routine.

Finally I can use it freely without worrying if it’s going to break apart and not get to the spots that I needed to go. I also use this to dust my car and it fit perfectly in the random crevices. I appreciated how it didn’t have a scent as I don’t like strong smells in my car. The packaging is also very sleek and can be tucked away anywhere.
