I do think it didn’t do much for my body but it did feel nice to lay in the tub so I’ll definitely use again (extra points for that)

I exercise often so it is nice to come home and soak in the tub with this product. The product is high quality. It completely takes away my aches and pains of my body. I also always have the best sleep from this product. The only thing is that I prefer flakes instead of crystals. The peppermint is refreshing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had low expectations but I was sore for two days after a heavy workout. I tried this when I was still really sore in my arms and thighs. I added about 2 cups into my hot bath. I sat in that for about an hour. It felt so good and I got it on my face and around my eye a little and thankfully there was no stinging. I was surprised how good I felt after because I was way less sore. My skin can be a little sensitive sometimes but I didn’t have any issues. I thought the peppermint smell would be too much but it was actually perfect. The water was a light blue color. It says on the package it can be used as a scrub and this package is huge. I still have so much left so I’ll be using this as a scrub and whenever I’m really sore.
So effective!
