I’ve been using this as a soak and for a body scrub. I really like how I can use it for multiple things. I’d probably buy this again when I run out.

My knees really get soar so this was perfect for soar muscles and post workout routines. The lavender scent helps make the bath more relaxing. You put about 1-2 cups in warm bath water and it dissolves. You soak in the bath for 20 mins and you feel refreshed afterwards. I like the resealable packaging. It’s pretty pricy for a 3lb bag but worth it because it works. I would buy this again!

You can use it as a scrub to your favorite body wash and it already upgraded my body wash, within an instant of just mixing it. I also love the smell and live for it. Normally I do not gravitate towards flower smell but Lavender has a special place in my life, so this is an absolute yes for me. It's made for a girl like me, on the go, but still wants some relief.

It smelled like a real field of lavender and immediately calmed me. I soaked in a tub with about a cup and a half of these when my legs were sore from teaching high-energy classes all day. By the time I got out, my muscles were soothed and my skin was soft and smooth. I will definitely be picking up another bag of these when this one runs out.

After a long day, I tried a normal bath and another time I soaked my feet in Coach Soak. In the bath, the scent was amazing and it did seem like the magnesium improved the effect of the salts. The package is 3 pounds. I took off one star because it is a little expensive.

The soak has a strong scent of lavender essential oil and the fragrance really permeates the skin. It makes for a truly relaxing experience!

It's quite boring in my opinion, I fractured my foot last night and instead of casting it, the hospital put me in a boot and sent me home. No pain meds or anything. I decided I would give this a try, what could hurt right..? I used it as a foot soak and I tell you what, the pain I was having became less using this. I didn't want to take my feet out of the tub. It does smell good too, I just wish the lavender smell was stronger. The resealable package is also very convenient for storage. I will definitely purchase this.

It is easy to use, the smell is divine and my muscles feel so relaxed and like jelly afterwards. Packaging is easy to use and reclose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the perfect product to recover after exercise, its magnesium flakes are quickly absorbed, you just dissolve them in the bathtub in warm water and enjoy relaxing, I like to be in the bathtub for at least 30 minutes, when you get out you feel your body and very relaxed muscles, it has a delicious lavender aroma, the product packaging is practical and helps to be preserved better.. totally recommended..
