I haven't been taking it long enough to feel a difference. However, I've also been taking Codeage Grass Fed Beef Liver and I've noticed a difference in my energy level. Not sure what I'm supposed to feel with the Bone Marrow, but I'm hoping it will make my bones stronger.

Very good. I appreciate that your product is resourced from grass-fed animals. The size of the caps are also very easy to swallow. I had some recent bloodwork done and has improved my white blood count…. I think taking this has helped.

This product is my must have. I realize that taking some vitamins can cause a deficiency or imbalance for other nutrients; that is why I feel like I am getting my nutrients in a proper balance when I take bone marrow. The nutrients are already converted to a usable form by the animal; this is why I believe that this is helping with a lot of my deficiencies.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CODEAGE PRODUCT!!Marrow is such an overlooked resource for nutrients and health that after I purchased it, I never looked back.I take 1/3 of the daily intake before exercising and finish up the 2/3 of the daily intake afterwards. It definitely keeps me alive when I have 9 hour shift almost immediately after my workout.I also eat fairly healthy, so when I am combining this product with my daily food intake there is a notable yet settle increase of energy in your body.

I am grateful for a paleo bone marrow product in the midst of a lot of other options full of grain fillers. This product has helped me in a busy season of work where my diet is off, to help my body feel more regular, consistent, and avoid the stomach pain that often comes from this inconsistency in my diet and training. Similarly, as I fly a lot for work, I have been grateful that I haven't gotten sick since I have been taking this. Seems to be making a difference there too.

I eat fresh organ meat usually when I am at home, but I bought these for when I travel for long periods of time and I can't get the fresh stuff. They seem to be good quality and I feel just as good as when I am eating the fresh one. Only downside is the six capsules you have to take.

I love using collagen products, in the past month of using them I have had a lot of compliments regarding my complexion and how good my skin looks. I did think for some reason it would resolve some back pain issues, which is did not. My one downside with this, is you need to take 6 pills a day and I prefer to put it all in a shake in the morning. I would suggest they make a version that is a scoop able powder, much quicker and easier than having to un cap 6 pills every morning. Considering there are two other products that also are capsules which I un cap and the time adds up.
