I have tried many different Wildcrafted Sea Moss varieties over the years. After taking Codeage Sea Moss for 2 weeks I realize all the other ones weren’t as good as Codeage Sea Moss. I take 2 capsules at bedtime (works for me) and the next morning I have to go to the bathroom, a lot. I don’t want to be graphic but you know what I mean. I have tons of energy and my appetite suppressed so I don’t overeat throughout the day. My blood sugars have been great too. I will follow up in a couple more weeks to see if it gets even better.

I have been taking this faithfully for 3 months now and I have only a few now, really have to part my hair in crazy ways to spot them. My hair color is rich auburn again. I know that minerals are essential for every cell in the body and maybe for hair also? Either way, I'm not going to stop taking it anytime soon!
