i love your regular hazelnut creamer, we have had it in our morning coffee now for close to 25+ years and would only recommend the red top goes! it pops off and you have a tendency to almost drop the big 64 oz bottle! we go through a big one a week and couldn't be without it! just wish there was a more natural flavouring than an artificial one, for health reasons; i can live with the fructose as i am allergic to artificial sweetners. all in all, your creamers are the bomb! thanks!

My guilty pleasure. I start my day with coffee so I must enjoy my cup. I’m sensitive to dairy and have tried so many other “better for you”nut milks, oat milks and dairy based brands and always come back to Coffee Mate and Hazelnut flavor. I know it’s made with oils but short of taking an enzyme pill every morning, or having my coffee taste like I’m drinking oatmeal (shudder), this is my GOAT. I even pack a small jar of it when I stay in hotels!

Why did you change the hazelnut 64oz bottle to a round one with no neck. When buying you grab the bottle and the cap goes flying and you drop the bottle. And while using it's very difficult to grab the bottle when it doesn't have any neck. Very difficult especially for people like me with arthritis. Time to go back to 1/2 and 1/2.

Hazelnut flavor creamer is my favorite. I use it with my coffee every time. My boyfriend picked up a bottle a couple of days ago so I can take some for our trip. I noticed the lid changed. The old bottle and the new one don't fit into each other. That was not a surprise because companies change their packaging all the time. I made coffee yesterday and I noticed it tasted nothing like the hazelnut flavor creamer I was used to. I kept asking my boyfriend if he bought the same flavor and he swears he did. I don't remember seeing another flavor on the new bottle but just to make sure he didn't make mistake. Today I tried a different brand of coffee just to see if it was the coffee that messed up the flavor but same thing, no hazelnut flavor! Please change your recipe back to old recipe if in fact you have change your recipe or use a different vendor for your hazel nut flavoring.

I have been using the hazelnut sugar free creamer for years without any problem. Last week, I purchased a bottle, tried it in my morning cup of coffee. It was disgusting. The flavor was absolutely horrible! I went back and noticed you've also changed the name to Zero Sugar, like the cola brands. I have to believe you've changed your recipe because I had to throw it away. It was just awful. I can't take a chance and purchase your product again.

We love this creamer in the square bottle. The circular bottle is horrible grip. We've broken & lost creamer as it we lose grip. Now keep an expired square that we clean. Keep the square bottle.

Love the Hazelnut Coffeemate and have used it for MANY years... but the new rounded 64oz. bottle is AWFUL! Please return to the four-sided bottle, which is easier to grip and the red cap doesn't 'pop off'. :/ yep, that was NOT a good idea.
