A: Great question! We would like to inform you that 360 toothbrush can take any compatible 360 replacement head. For example, the 360 Floss tip replacement head will work with your Charcoal toothbrush. Hope this was helpful!

A: To replace the batteries, firmly hold the bottom of the handle while rotating the top counter-clockwise. Insert 2 new AAA batteries as indicated inside the brush handle and firmly rotate clockwise back into position to close.

Q: I know this is a pulsating brush and not a spinbrush. So am I supposed to brush with it as though it's not a powered brush, and the sonic vibration adds a little extra?

A: Yes! You can brush as you normally would. As for the vibrations, they are adding the equivalent of 20,000 strokes per minute to make sure that you're getting a deeper clean.

A: When you turn the brush on, make sure you press the top button down firmly until you feel it click. This should keep the brush on the entire time you're brushing.

I just both my 360 power Charcoal Toothbrush less than 1 Week ago and it is already not turning on. I only got 1 Use before it shot out!! I tried replacing the battery even though it is a brand new one, that did not help. For the price of this product it should Not already be misfiring, breaking down, nothing!!
