Q: Are batteries included

submitted by Yakecia - 6 months ago

Q: Is the head on this toothbrush replaceable or is the entire product replaced in the suggested 3 month time replacement period? Thank You.

submitted by FJ - 4 years ago
  • A: This toothbrush head is not interchangeable and is meant to be replaced like a regular manual toothbrush.

Q: when is tip changed?

submitted by Blue - 5 years ago
  • A: That is a great question! Dentists and hygienists recommend replacing your toothbrush refill every 3 months. This will assure that your brush heads are performing at peek efficacy. We would like to suggest after use, rinse toothbrush head thoroughly, shake off excess water, and store upright. The 360 Total Advanced Sonic toothbrush is not waterproof, do not submerge unit under water or use toothbrush in the shower. We appreciate your question, hope you find the information useful.

Q: how do you put in the batteries?

submitted by Ace - 5 years ago
  • A: Great question! The battery compartment can be accessed through the base of the toothbrush. We recommend using a rag for the best grip possible. You would grab and twist the bottom, pull the base carefully away from the body of the toothbrush. This will lead you to the battery compartment. Careful the batteries may fall out. We recommend doing this over a counter-top. Our Colgate 360 Total Advanced Sonic toothbrush takes 2 AAA Batteries. We appreciate your question, we are here to help. Have a great day!

Q: This pruduct does it prevent cavities

submitted by Question - 5 years ago
  • A: Hi, brushing daily with this toothbrush will help reduce the amount of dental plaque and bacteria in your mouth which will help to prevent cavities. This toothbrush specifically has floss tip bristles meaning they are tapered at the end which vibrate 20,000 times per minute to break up and remove plaque. Thank you for reaching out.

Q: How many brushes should I be able to get from one set of batteries?

submitted by Chris - 6 years ago
  • A: One set of new batteries should deliver a minimum of 180 brushes.

Q: What size battery does this brush require?

submitted by Carter - 6 years ago
  • A: Our Colgate 360 Total Advanced Floss-Tip Powered Toothbrush takes two AAA batteries.

Q: You include one AAA battery, but each of the two brushes requires two batteries, correct? (As in, why bother?)

This tooth brush is amazing and inexpensive. Feel like I just left the dentist each time I use it. Did I mention it vibrates? Definitely worth more than the price.

I like these toothbrushes as they are pretty cheap and they work well with giving you the eletric tooth brush vibe. It works well and keeps its power for as long as your are using them and then need to get a new one.

I bought this because I wanted an electric toothbrush to help me brush better, but I didn’t want to get a super expensive one. This does the trick and is a good value. Came with a battery, which has lasted me a while now. I definitely notice an improvement when brushing my teeth with this brush compared to a regular non-electronic one.

No use because I cannot keep the button pressed.

June 20th 2024. Just purchased and discovered you have to keep the button pressed to operate . I found it very hard to keep pressed whilst cleaning my teeth. There is a second button but this does not do anything. I therefore cannot use the toothbrush, and it is a waste of money.

Hi. We can help. Our 360 Sonic Toothbrush has two buttons. The top button is to turn the toothbrush on and the bottom button is to turn it off. Press the top button down firmly until it clicks. This should keep the brush on the entire time you're brushing!

DO NOT BUT THIS COLGATE BATTERY POWERED TOOTHBRUSH

2 out of 5 stars
jem - 11 months ago
originally posted on Colgate
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT My store was out of my normal Spinbrush battery powered toothbrush, so they submitted Colgate as a substitution. So I tried it. I feel my teeth were cleaned very good. But the problem is that the power button would not click on. I had to keep holding the button [very inconveint.] After reading the reviews, I found that this has been a problem for over 2 years. Colgate answered that you have to push the power button until it clicks. This morning, I tried it again and had to push the button with a fingernail really deep to make it click on. I was going to get one for my wife, but with the trouble turning it on, I have decided, not to waste the money. Colgate has known about the problem with the power switch for over 2 years, and still have not replaced the switch.

At first I did not like this tooth brush because it felt a bit rough on my gums. But after about a week of using it and learning to use it my gums no longer hurts and my teeth feel like they are cleaned well. I will repurchase.

I didn't have issues with the power button staying on like other reviews. I will say tjis toothbrush has weak power. The on & off button is weirdly positioned & it goes in my mouth when brushing because it is placed to close to the bristles. It does the job for now but I wouldn't purchase again
