A: This toothbrush head is not interchangeable and is meant to be replaced like a regular manual toothbrush.

A: That is a great question! Dentists and hygienists recommend replacing your toothbrush refill every 3 months. This will assure that your brush heads are performing at peek efficacy. We would like to suggest after use, rinse toothbrush head thoroughly, shake off excess water, and store upright. Q: how do you put in the batteries?

A: Great question! The battery compartment can be accessed through the base of the toothbrush. We recommend using a rag for the best grip possible. You would grab and twist the bottom, pull the base carefully away from the body of the toothbrush. This will lead you to the battery compartment. Careful the batteries may fall out. A: Hi, brushing daily with this toothbrush will help reduce the amount of dental plaque and bacteria in your mouth which will help to prevent cavities. This toothbrush specifically has floss tip bristles meaning they are tapered at the end which vibrate 20,000 times per minute to break up and remove plaque. Thank you for reaching out.

I bought this because I wanted an electric toothbrush to help me brush better, but I didn’t want to get a super expensive one. This does the trick and is a good value. Came with a battery, which has lasted me a while now. I definitely notice an improvement when brushing my teeth with this brush compared to a regular non-electronic one.

June 20th 2024. Just purchased and discovered you have to keep the button pressed to operate . I found it very hard to keep pressed whilst cleaning my teeth. There is a second button but this does not do anything. I therefore cannot use the toothbrush, and it is a waste of money.

Hi. We can help. Our 360 Sonic Toothbrush has two buttons. The top button is to turn the toothbrush on and the bottom button is to turn it off. Press the top button down firmly until it clicks. This should keep the brush on the entire time you're brushing!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT My store was out of my normal Spinbrush battery powered toothbrush, so they submitted Colgate as a substitution. So I tried it. I feel my teeth were cleaned very good. But the problem is that the power button would not click on. I had to keep holding the button [very inconveint.] After reading the reviews, I found that this has been a problem for over 2 years. Colgate answered that you have to push the power button until it clicks. This morning, I tried it again and had to push the button with a fingernail really deep to make it click on. I was going to get one for my wife, but with the trouble turning it on, I have decided, not to waste the money. Colgate has known about the problem with the power switch for over 2 years, and still have not replaced the switch.

for 10 bucks i was pretty dissapointed, especially from a credible brand like colgate. UP&UP 2 pack is much better. Stronger vibration, last longer, and just better bristles, and... CHEAPER!

I didn't have issues with the power button staying on like other reviews. I will say tjis toothbrush has weak power. The on & off button is weirdly positioned & it goes in my mouth when brushing because it is placed to close to the bristles. It does the job for now but I wouldn't purchase again
