After brushing your teeth with water, dry top row of your teeth with a tissue, then apply a thin layer of serum to each tooth, wait for 15 seconds for the clear coating to form, and then repeat on the bottom row. Leave the film on your teeth for 1 hour. Avoid brushing your teeth or eating (you can drink water). After 1 hour, remove the dried film by brushing your teeth with water. That’s it!
