A: Hi Crest Team. Some have more sensitivity and need to know the percentage of hydrogen peroxide. Your ingredients are on the box and not proprietary. You have to disclose it. Opalescence has 10% & 15%.

A: Mine was not part of a promotion. I recommend these - at least one kit every 6 months if you drink coffee. They are quite gentle, though.

I was really impressed with the results of the Crest 3D Whitestrips Professional Effects. After just a few uses, I could already notice a visible difference, and by the end of the treatment, my teeth looked significantly whiter and brighter. The whitening effect felt very professional, and I appreciated that it didn't cause any noticeable sensitivity, which I was a bit worried about. The packaging is simple and practical, making it easy to use each strip. The only downside, and the reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars, is that the strips don’t stick as well as I would like — sometimes they slip or don’t stay in place perfectly. Other than that, it’s a great at-home whitening solution

Came opened, badly damaged and poor condition and horrible packaging! Let out side in rain! YES!! I was home! Target customer service was not helpful... so instead of letting me return in store, instructed to repackage, print label, mail in back and SCOLDED and WARNED that if I did not meet their set CRITERIA for the successful return they would remove my credit for the product! WHICH WAS NOT CREDITED in the first place! This wasn't a washable product but something you put in your mouth, so really... do u not expect to have it returned if it was delivered in any way damaged? Ugh!

These Crest 3D White-strips do not work. I trusted the process by daily applying the strips and today is the final day of the last treatment strip from a box of 24 strips and it does not work. I waisted my money.

Some users may be more prone to sensitivity than others and, as with any teeth whitening product containing peroxide, sensitivity or soreness may temporarily develop when using 3D White Whitestrips. This isn't harmful. The irritation is temporary and will subside, and there are steps you can take to reduce/eliminate this sensitivity. It’s okay to use 3D White Whitestrips over a longer period of time by waiting a day between applications, or alternating between using an upper and lower strip. Doing so will cause whitening to take longer, but will not cause a change in the overall whitening effect. We recommend only brushing twice per day, and using a soft toothbrush. Sometimes stubborn stains may require more than one box of Whitestrips to achieve the results you're hoping for. So that we can help you further, please give us a call at (800) 395-8423.
