A: biotene (it does not have fluoride though) (the generics vary) drink more water also it will help also try to use more fluoride rinse up and up is fine

I've been using Colgate Sensitive Complete Protection for a few weeks now, and it’s been a great help with my sensitivity. The taste is mild (not too minty), and it doesn’t have that weird gritty texture some sensitive toothpastes do. I haven’t noticed a huge difference with teeth sensitivity so far but I feel like that’s something that takes time.

That’s just my preference though! I thought the toothpaste was very gentle and cleaned my mouth without feeling abrasive. I would definitely buy again!

When I eat cold foods such as ice cream it makes it so complicated because of the horrible pain. The feeling of not being able to eat the foods you love and enjoy them isn't great at all.

I’ve had sensitive teeth most of my life and it wasn’t until I found and began regularly using this toothpaste that I actually felt like I could bite into an ice cream cone without screaming. Whatever magic ingredient is in the toothpaste actually seems to lessen my sensitivity and this brand is less expensive than the one made just for sensitive teeth. A win all the way around.
