I have used Colgate Total in the past, but was pleased with the extra gum protection in this toothpaste. My gums can be sensitive and this toothpaste helped. It foamed well, and cleaned gently. My mouth felt extra fresh after brushing. Highly recommended!

Once I rotated it with another toothpaste and only used it once a day, the soreness went away. Overall, I liked the way that it left my mouth feeling refreshed afterwards and I would buy again.
