A: Yes. If you stack 2 cases of water that has 16.9 oz per bottle, about 3/4 of the top case sticks out the top but it’s not gonna slide off the cart. If you sit a bottle of cranberry juice in it, it doesn’t show. I use it for groceries all the time

Keep in mind that I don't yet own this -- I'm just using common sense, based on the stated dimensions and the pics. ............ The wagon is 21.5" H, and the pics indicate that the liner is about 60% of that height -- so about 12-13". In addition, the wagon is 35.5" D -- they must be referring to the length of the wheelbase -- and if you eyeball the height of the liner and compare it to the length of the wheelbase, it looks as tho the wheelbase (from tip to tip) is about 3x as long as the liner is high (I used a pencil to estimate this). So that also supports my estimate that the liner about 12" tall. ****Reminder: I do not own this**** -- I'm just using my eyes and my common sense. ................ I don't understand what you mean by "the bag folding over" -- if your grocery bags are paper or semi-stiff re-usables (pls do NOT use plastic bags), then they'll stand upright.

A: Yes you can push it out damage but pulling it is easier… I pull with my wrist facing up and it’s less strain… if you push it, you use more force and it’s a little difficult to maneuver and you put more stress on the pull handle
