A: It comes collapsed in the packaging. And you have to u fold it to build it.

Lid can an annoyance, so usually leave it off but nice option to have. Liner easily removed for traveling to the laundry machine and has stood up well to it's own washes. Only complaint is that after some time and us filling this thing to the brim is that the side wall may start to sag some.

The only good thing about this laundry basket is the inner bag other then that nothing else , they look very pretty but made out of cardboard, after a few uses they loose they shape because they are made out of paper
