I dyed my hair last night with this color. It actually gave me a very dark brownish black color instead. I was bummed. I did like the smell and how it gave my hair a natural shine. But was very disappointed in the color results.

We also suggest that you avoid the use of heat (ex: blow dryers, curling irons) which can further set the color in. The first time I didn't manage to cover all the grey hair, but I didn't give up.. After a few weeks I tried again- colour 5.3. It came out really beautiful colour and I would like to have it forever.. Unfortunately, 3 weeks have passed and the dye is visibly washing out.. The hair is losing its colour, it is becoming faded. I can't imagine that the colour stays on the hair for 8 weeks.

I have dark brown hair, somehow the colour Cape Town made my hair an almost black colour. The images show that the hair lightens up, even by slightly. Not happy with the results, I feel scammed. Do not buy this product.

This product fried my hair so bad! My hair is now thinner and so frizzy!! I'm so distraught. This has never happened before and I've been coloring my own hair with box dye for 20 plus yrs!

I colored today using the Dark Blonde color. It was easy to apply and I was impressed how easily.it washed out but my goodness, my hair is so so much darker than expected and very ashy looking on the lengths that the primer was applied that I hope that I wonder why it was even.in the kit as the color is not as shiny as it is near tg he roots. I can only.hope that the color will all wash out when I.wash it tomorrow.! Will probably need to buy a color removing kit.

I have been coloring my hair for many years now. From having it done professionally, and doing my hair myself. This box color is by far the best! I have very coarse hair and stubborn gray hair. Not only did it cover my grays, it made my hair so silky and shiny and made it so easy to straighten my hair that it looks like I got a brazilian blowout!

Used as directed. Had an issue with step 1/ as I colored my roots step 1(the packet) dried as I applied color to my roots and was hard to detangle as I sectioned color. Very difficult to apply to my long hair. Weeks after the temples were covered with color, washed out quickly. Not happy with this product, quite dissatisfied with the time and effort used with no longevity to my grays. Wasted time and effort.

i just bought this and did my hair 2 days ago the Fuji sunset, the bottle was dented and i was unsure if i should use it , looked maybe expired, i did use it but the color did not come out even close to what i thought or expected. my roots were still noticeable, the reason why i do like it is because my hair looks amazing not for the color but the conditioning effects,my hair came out soft and amazing, i absolutely love the bonding treatment and for this reason because the bonding treatment cannot be bought separate i purchased 2 more boxes of the color for that sole reason and also hoping that i get better results a second time coloring. but overall its the bonding treatment that i love , the color again did not work at all except make my hair slightly darker. you should sell the bonding treatment separate,

The hair dye was easy to apply and came with a primer to use before the dye. I have a few gray hairs and this was a good option for my hair because the color matched my natural hair pretty closely. The color was vibrant and covered all the grays I wanted.

I love that it has no ammonia so it doesn't have that intense fume smell like some others do. It was gentle on my hair and left it nice and soft after rinsing. After a couple of weeks the color is still vibrant and beautiful. I would buy this again.

But alas, the results were less than sunny. They were actually nothing. I tried it again on my daughter's virgin hair, thinking maybe mine was too overprotected, but no. Because there's no ammonia, you don't have the harsh chemical smell, which was great. As well as it doesn't damage your hair like most. After color, my hair was still soft and not more damaged than it already was. The color shade range was pretty accurate, although it did turn out a bit darker than what it compared the shade range to.

I choose the color closest to my natural hair color in hopes of adding some gray hair coverage, I got the Medium Golden Brown 5.3 Cape Town. I really enjoyed using the hair dye and it did provide the coverage I needed. The only reason why I gave it a four star instead of a five star was because my hair was a little stiff after the application.
