I've used this product extensively over the last year for a horrible fast spreading case of warts. It does work - well. Note: 6 applications is optimistic. After opening, it does lose charge within a week - need to use within a couple of days. It's easy to miss. I've been able to reapply to hit the target area but I can't recommend this. I'm not aware of any OTC product that works better. Takes about 10 days for the wart to fall off.

It contained only 1 tip. No extra tips. It was a secured box, not opened, so it's the company fault. Anyway, i think nitrous oxide will work better than the other propane based products.

I've bought and returned this product three times now. I thought the first two times maybe I just got a random faulty applicator, but after reading the reviews I've just come to realize that product is faulty. It's more powerful than the original product, but the applicator breaks so you can only use it once. You turn it until it clicks to activate it, then it's supposed to disperse the nitric oxide onto the tips when you press down. It does this once and then breaks. It's junk.

Malfunctioned

I have bought two boxes of nitro freeze now, and both have malfunctioned. Both locked up during first application, one sent the product sideways and completely missed the wart, freezing a half circle around it. We read and followed the directions very carefully.

We only got two applications, not 6. However, the wart does have black spots so if could be working better than others we have tried. But not sure since there's none left to reapply and not repurchasing this product due to its high price.

Fraudulent to advertise 6 applications

Following the directions on the package, you only have enough coolant for 2 applications. There’s about 4-5 seconds total of the hissing sound where it’s being dispensed, so there’s no realistic way to get more. The two doses you get are still pretty effective, and get much colder than other over the counter treatments.

I wanted the freeze off with the pointed tip applicator, but could not find it. I grabbed this one and the only thing I liked was that it used Nitrous Oxide, but found it hard to use. The tips are huge and there is not that much in the container, maybe only got 2 applications out of it. I would not buy this on again.

I thought this worked great once I figured out the turning and clicking. However, when I went to use again, only a week later for another area, the freezing (pressing down for 2 seconds) no longer had anything to give. Very frustrating. I will recommend, but qualify that as don't expect more than one use. For stubborn warts, that may not be enough.
