Just bought this today. I’ve been wanting it for moths based on what tools are included. I will say I am disappointed that the teeth on the thermal concentrator are plastic, NOT aluminum alloy as the box claims.

I have relaxed AA hair, that is 3c-4a when not relaxed. And this hairdryer is such poor quality regardless of the moisturizer, deep conditioner and hair protection spray with this blow dryer my hair comes out dry, crunch and brittle feeling. I tried it multiple times same results. I have two other blow dryers and when I dried one section with my others vs this one you can clearly see the difference. This blow dryer is not good quality and will eventually damage your hair. It is simply stripping all the moisture out of your hair.

Have had this less than a year. Today it shot out flames instead of air. My blow dryers ususally last min 7 years, this didn't even make a year. It was also on the cool setting.
