Keeps everything hot or cold for hours. Have had mine for 6 years plus

Purchased 2 of these 2 years ago and both lost their thermal seal they will not keep anything hot or cold.

Just bought a new one because I lost my 8 yr old contigo travel mug. Love that thing! Never had a problem with it.

I have been using Contigo cups and so has my entire family for the past 10+ years. No more water bottles floating in the ocean. My kids, grandkids siblings and parents all use these cups everyday!

Bought this thinking the lid was going to be amazing for traveling and for work. The snapseal closes easily, however it is super hard to release the snapseal. I bought 2 of these cups and both lids are super hard to open. Very disappointed.

It keep ice cold drinks….I COLD! I have bought them for friends and family, I use mine everyday.

I received this mug as a gift in March (8 mos ago) - with the white marble pattern. It has done a fine job keeping my morning brew warm for about 4-5 hours, but the finish/pattern is coming off (small chips) and the lid leaks. I have only hand-washed the mug itself, and have sent the lid thru the dishwasher (top rack, no heat drying). I have used contigo water bottles for years (for cold drinks) and LOVE them - they have held up wonderfully... the water bottles seem to be manufactured to a higher quality standard than the travel mugs (for hot beverages) I guess.

The lid rings are trash. I can’t even use mine any more. Been fighting with it for a while and it has finally left. So I guess but a new kid or buy a new mug but it won’t be this type

I just read on the company’s website that I shouldn’t put hot water in my Contigo Couture mug! WHAT? And no dairy products! What’s up with that?

after maybe 2 years, and not that much use, my mug won't stay hot 1-2 hours after... even when i pour boiling water for a few minutes before i pour my coffee..

My family and I are huge fans of the entire line of Contigo products (although a bit pricey) My always go to for style, shape, and sizes are always the Huron Travel Mugs. I take one with me anywhere and everywhere I go from shopping or walking to traveling or just to visit family or friends. I would swear to anyone on this product #1 for how long a drink would stay cold. I was amazed to make a 12-14 hour trip/drive out west and just couldn't believe that my drink was still cold and not only cold but still had ice left, this was very impressive to me and my then finance'! HOWEVER...after the last 4-6 mugs purchased I'm very disappointed that my drinks don't stay cold (and with ice) for more than 3-4 hours, (and seals are falling out of the lids) (I do not use a dishwasher I only hand wash) I'm always wasting due to having to dump out my water logged beverage every few hours. I don't know what to think, but that I am sadly disappointed in this product today. Its like your materials for your product changed drastically. As you can see in the photo I have stood by your product for sometime. The products in the picture is just a few of only "MY" collection, I'm missing about 6 mugs mysteriously. The tall blue beat up mug was my very first one purchased and is over 5 yrs old and keeps cold/hot since the first day it was bought. Because I have been an extended customer to you and your products for a very long time I'm still going to stand by your products and because I'm a firm believer that everything has a hiccup from time to time and things do fall short of perfect so in my opinion your products are going to get the full 5*..However if my problems persist I'll be dropping the rating and will cheat searching for another product similar to yours and for much cheaper of a price.

This lid never ever leaks! I wash it by hand as suggested. I add water to my powdered drink mix put the lid on and shake it vigorously without spilling a drop. It keeps things cold or hot (depending on what I'm drinking) for hours. I start my day at 8:30am when I get done at 5 pm my drink may not be ice cold or piping hot but they are definitely warm or cool (again depending on what I was drinking in the am!). I got the speckled one and it's really nice looking to. Design is great. It fits into cup holders and is comfortable to hold on to.

I was extremely surprised to receive a brand new Contigo mug (which I found out was the wrong size - 16 oz - when I put them side by side, but that was my own fault, I thought mine was smaller than it was - 20 oz- ). I was expecting information on where to buy a replacement lid for the rubber part that went missing after hand washing it, but instead, I was given a brand new mug in the same style. I own 6 Contigo products and only had an issue with this one, it’s not a lie when it says lifetime warranty! Thank you for your excellent customer service and amazing products!

I've had my Huron for about a year. The top only occasionally goes in the top rack, but the stopper now no longer fully plunges when the top is snapped shut. It started as small drips, now there is a large gap. No stress or distortions visible on the parts that I can tell. The mug keeps liquids cold or hot for a long period. Sipping is great. And otherwise enjoyable except for the leakage.

I like your travel mug, but the top leaks. Can you send a new one.

I really like this mug. I use it at work everyday. I bought another one just so I would not have to wait for one to come out of the dishwasher. My only issue is the seal on my oldest one has broke. I have tried and tried but cant locate an new seal. I really dont want to buy a new one since this one is in great shape and only needs a seal plus im kind of attached to it.

I loved my cup at first i only had it for a month and its starting to leak

So amazing I dare you to put it upside down in your gym bag. Have fun wearing your gym clothes dry. I love this product and the company stands behind its products with a strong warranty.

I love the mug but the seal of the lid does not fit correctly and it will not seal. Leaks all down the side every time I take a drink. I also can't find a replacement lid. Not happy with this product.
