This was one of the gifts my son received for Christmas from “Santa” and when he opened it, one of the legs was broken. We thought maybe we could just attach it back but nope. This was very disappointing and super upsetting. The app doesn’t even allow me to select “fix the issue” for this item.

Cute toy, my 4 year old liked it so much that we decided to get one as a gift for my niece too. Unfortunately each time we ordered (2 times) the box came with what very clearly was a used toy. Packages were re-taped and dirty. I even had speculations that my son's toy had been a repackaged but he was so excited to receive it, that I couldn't return it. I took back the first one we were going to gift to my niece and will be headed back to the store to return the second one as well. Why is it so hard to get a new/clean product?
