A: Hi There, You should be able to remover the stamper by press the blue tab under the stamper and the stamper cartridge should pop out. Hope this helps!

A: Make sure the stamping tape is flat inside the pattern pod, if the tape is not straight, place a pencil into the hole on either side of the pattern pod with the stickers and turn counter-clockwise till flat Make sure your nails are polish-free, clean and dry before you start Make sure your GoGlam polish has dried for at least 3 minutes Make sure when drying you do not touch things, as dust can stick to nail

A: Please follow the steps below to ensure not getting the Go Glam polish all over your nails. - When you pull the brush out, make sure to wipe the excess polish off on the edge of the bottle - Paint a thin layer of polish, and make sure it goes on smoothly. Do not layer on polish - Put the cap back on so the polish does not dry out

We got this for my daughter for Christmas and what a disaster. The stickers won’t stick to the nail polish and the dryer just makes a sound. Then it’s so hard to change the stickers. Waste of money.

We recommend trying the following troubleshooting tips: To stamp icons or patterns on fingernails, first choose design pod. Second, make sure the tape is flat across the top. If tape is not flat, it will get damaged. Third, flatten tape by inserting a pencil tip into blue hole at back of pod. Turn clockwise until flat. Fourth, push and click pod into stamping space. Please note that only patterns can be used on toenails. If the full pattern doesn’t stamp on toenail, try stamping twice. I bought this for my little girls bday and here to say that it is garbage, don’t waste your money on this product. The second my daughter washed her hands the polish was peeling off. You can’t even use the stickers with regular nail polish because then it ruins the polish, or the stickers do not stick at all. Definitely would not recommend this.

Bought this for my neice for Christmas and she finally got around to opening the box up yesterday. Sadly, it does not work. Tried multiple times to stamp our nails however the graphics will not stick. Very disappointing and now it's too late to return. After reading some reviews online, it seems others have experienced the same problem.

I got this for Christmas and I got back from Tasmania a few weeks three weeks later. I tried to use it and I put batteries in it. The fan didn’t work but and the stamp didn’t work on it and I said it up all properly. Nothing worked and I’ve tried calling office and it says opened Monday to Friday Opening hours nine till five, and I’ve called multiple times during those hours and days and they still have said that it’s closed and all that stuff so yeah

After trial and error, I figured out how to work it perfectly and my daughter loves it! It says to wait 5 min for nails to dry but that made them too dry and it needs to be a little sticky still, I wait like 2-3 minutes. You have to look through the little window to make sure the sticker is lined up on the nail then press down. The nail polish doesn’t last more than a couple days but that’s okay!
Should've listened to the reviews. Doesn't work at all, complete junk and a waste of time.
