The Basic Support Pillow helps relieve tension, headaches, and neck pain by helping restore the natural curve of the neck. This pillow is our most economically priced, full-size precision cut foam pillow. For a comfortable night's sleep, this pillow is designed with two lobe sizes for different sized sleepers.
The contoured design offers two levels of support and is ideal for back sleepers. To help restore the natural curve of the neck while sleeping, simply place the support lobe you prefer under your neck. Use the smaller neck support if you are in the adjustment phase or if you prefer slightly less support; use the larger neck support for maximum support.
It may take some time to adjust to this cervical pillow and immediate overuse may actually increase neck pain. For best results, slowly ease into orthopedic correction by alternating between this pillow and your current pillow. For those who are new to sleeping on a cervical support pillow, or prefer gentle support, the “Gentle” version may be a better option. The gentle version provides moderate to firm support, while the firm version provides firm support.
A washable cover included or it can conveniently fits into your favorite standard pillowcase. Latex free. Made in USA.

I have the Econo wave pillow and I love it. I tried this basic support pillow as a replacement and thought it would be similar, but it feels vastly different from the very similar shaped econo wave....it is much much firmer and not comfortable for my needs. I will reorder another exono wave.

So I stock the pillow for my chiropractic patients to purchase. I like the pillow because of the deep cutout. There is only 2 * ojf foam in the middle, and this is anatomically correct. Most foam pillows have a 3" of foam in the middle and that does not allow the cervical curve to be supported.

Am a right side sleeper but switch off occasionally thru the night. May have to go back to my old one that has lost support over time. Not happy with a stiff neck!

I really really like core products. So this is only a preference review not a bad product review! I have had one similar to this pillow before so I thought when I was ordering it was the same pillow but this one is much more firm and to me it seems like both sides of the pillow are the same size and I just can’t seem to find comfort sleeping on it. I’d prefer a smaller size side and a larger size side. Again this is all preference. I’m hoping to find the same pillow I had before because I slept great on that one!

I cannot sleep without this pillow. However; in the last 2 years the foam does not hold up as well. Core please convey this to your manufacturer! I’m having to purchase two pillows a year to get the support I need. All that said, I love dealing with Core Products who have the best customer service support !! Thank you.

I’ve been using this pillow for years And It is the only thing that helps my neck not hurt and decreases my migraines. I can always tell when I need to reorder a new one . I’ve struggled with Several bulging cervical disc after having whiplash And I developed occipital neuralgia also and having this pillow gives me the support I need .

I have been buying and using this style of pillow (cervical gentle)now for 5 years, and I keep reordering it. It is the only pillow I can sleep comfortably on, as it does not over extend my neck or cause headaches, like other pillows have done. I like the fact that it is a small cervical roll and not a big one that overstretches my neck and gives me a headache. Please do not stop making this pillow, I would be lost without it.

Complete waste of money, too soft, and just flattens so that your head drops to the mattress, and the contour provides no support for your neck. Save your money.

I had to return the pillow because the foam was not firm. I ordered firm but foam was soft and didn’t support my neck. The foam just doesn’t seem to be holding up with the last 2 pillows I’ve received. Maybe Core could talk to your supplier to see what’s happening! I ordered a replacement but haven’t received it yet. I really like Core products and will still order from them mainly because of their Customer Service Dept. Being so helpful. Thanks.
