I've had smile lines on my left side that just stayed constantly creased for about the past 1.5 years—but now after using my first full bottle of this, they're almost totally gone! I've also been dealing with what seems to be perioral dermatitis (red blotchiness & occasional bumpy breakouts on smile lines & under nose; still in the process of figuring this out with my dermatologist)—& this is almost entirely gone too!
