This is a very sturdy desk, high quality wood. I was shocked at how well made the desk is and it was easy to put together. The desk is heavy! The color is beautiful and looks just like the picture.

My wife bought it for her office and loves it.It went together with one hitch... one of the drawers tracks broke. Customer Service replaced it without hesitation. I'm a happy camper!

We ordered 3, ny husband is remodeling our basement. These are for stations for my sewing areas. They are beautiful, and study. Alot of work putting them together, but my husband, who is recovery from a major cancer surgery, has put 2 of the three together and we love them.

Very poor quality material, my husband spent two hours trying to assemble and the doors and drawers just wouldn’t align and work or open properly, the drawers were the worst. The material is so cheap it broke in a few places while trying to screw in the parts Invest in something better quality

Just received this product. Package was damaged and the top of the desk was cracked. Contacted Sauder and they shipped one right out. I have purchased Sauder products before and have been very pleased with their products. Looking forward to using this desk. It went together very easily. It seems to be a very sturdy desk.

Amazing organization of parts and pieces. Exact count of each piece. Extensive steps, but very good instructions. Only difficulty was the insertion of the drawers. Lining up the tracks was difficult.

I love the desk and file cabinet I ordered. You also like the small cabinet you sent even though I didn't order it. According to texts, wayfare is sending me a second desk that I did not order and it is scheduled to arrive Tuesday while I am out of town. I've tried to tell you not to send it but have not been able to talk to a live person. Hope nobody steals it before I get home. Ugh!!!!!!

I honestly never have seen anything arrive in so many pieces! Ive bought and put together IKEA furniture and thought I was prepared for this. Not really, it took 3 hours and still doesnt seem quite right. The small drawer sticks badly and the cabinet door sticks at the bottom. Any help, Sauder? Im legitimately concerned if I ever move this wont make it. For what I paid Im not thrilled.

very hard to set up. I looked at the instructions and said nope. I hired 2 guys and it took them 7 hours. the finish was nice but assembly was too much. the 7 hours included the hutch.

We had been looking for a desk to replace a very old unit, that fit into a specific size spot. It had to be less than 61"", and this fit the bill. When it was delivered, the Fed Ex driver asked if I could help him carry it. At 150#, this desk is rock solid. We loved the photos on the website, but you never know. As we opened the box, we really were in disbelief at how well packaged everything was, and it actually looks better in person than on the photos. The assembly was very well described, and if you don't get too far ahead of yourself, and follow directions, you will have it put together in no time. Because of all the parts needed, it can be a bit overwhelming, especially if you are not at all mechanically inclined . . . again, my best advice is to FOLLOW DIRECTIONS !!!!! This desk is exactly what we wanted, it's very well built, and very attractive too !!!

My wife and I love the design, looks, and construction of this desk. Very sturdy, quality feel to it. Took the two of us about 5 hours to assemble (instructions advised taking a break at a certain point, which was a good idea!). The instructions were clear, we took our time and were v careful & organized, and the end result is a desk that meets our needs perfectly, matches our decor nicely, and we saved a lot by not buying a pre-made desk. It was honestly advertised and photographed, and wed do it again!
I would buy this product again.

Ordered this desk a couple of weeks ago on a Monday and it was delivered that Wednesday. Assembling the desk seemed an overwhelming task with 29 pages of instructions but they were spelled out well and I finished in a few hours. I pleased for the most part with the desk. There were 3 dents on the underside of the top of the desk but other than that, everything was in good shape. The only problem I encountered was with the hinges on the door. The adjusting screws did not allow for being able to adjust the cabinet door even after following the directions and trying for 1/2 hour. One seemed almost welded to the hinge. I liked the size. Well made product.

I needed a legitimate computer desk as our new mini aussie was chewing any cord she could find. We had gotten my a Sauder office desk about 18 months prior. I liked how that desk went together so I got a computer desk. It went together as per the directions, I had no issues and it looks really nice.
