It’s a super cute swing, but shipping was a nightmare as it came in two separate boxes nearly a week apart with only one gracing number provided! After waiting for the second box to arrive, it was missing pieces! I tried calling target customer service who had absolutely zero timely resolutions. The manufacturer responded by email in two days, or I could return these large boxes that will not fit into my car to a Target Store or UPS can pick them up after I repackage the two boxes. Everyone knows the pieces do not go back in the way they came! Any option is unnecessary work that could have easily been avoided had the manufacturer provided all the pieces originally or a phone number to call. Now I have to wait for them to ship an entire new swing - two freight packages to take the two missing pieces out of the box and then return the second swing. What a hassle and a waste of resources . Disappointing to say the least! Hoping the second swing has all the pieces!
