The ease and look of it is very nice. I bought two of the these chairs and returned them a couple weeks after receiving them. The massage feature is pretty pointless if you ask me. It’s just in one spot in the lower back and I’m assuming only if you’re pretty big size person to really fall into that chair. You can feel it. I don’t like the different Massage features either. It’s also a pushback recliner chair, so unless you constantly keep an amount of pressure on it, the recline will put you back in an upright position.

It’s small and uncomfortable and broke after 1 month of minimal use. The seat collapsed when pushing back to recline. It’s really hard to push back since there is no handle and I got this to use in the nursery and always have the baby in one arm.

The chair arrived within 5 days from ordering-I may have misread the description as I thought the "remote" was for positioning the chair as well as for lumbar vibration control-I bought for my elderly mother, and it took a little practice for her to "move" the chair into the reclining position-overall, I was satisfied with the chair's comfort and styling.
