The thread keeping the cloth together unraveled within less than a month of use. The entire massager and all of the wires are exposed. I have purchased cheaper massager with better quality.

It works when it’s connected but as soon as I disconnect it, it stops working. I figured maybe because i didn’t let it charge enough. I’ve had it charging the entire night.
