Sharper Image Multi-Function Full Body Cordless Massager

It is December and I bought this massager in August and it is not working correctly. It only charges for a 1 time 20 minute use. I’m so disappointed. It worked well too.

Doesn’t hold a charge. Had to return.

Worst massager I've ever had. Cannot handle any pressure. It just turns off. Also you can't use it while it's charging so I hope your back pain can wait 8 hours. Awful product.

The battery does not hold a charge

While the kneading mechanism worked well, ýI could never get this thing to stay in a good spot long enough for it to be useful. The power button is on the back and while being pressed against a chair or pillow, it would turn itself off constantly. I don't like that it automatically shuts off after 15 minutes or that you cannot use it while it's plugged in. It seems like no matter what you do once you get to where the massage feels nice it's either going to shut off or slip into a different position. The straps are supposed to allow you to secure it to something but they just get loose and flimsy with the weight of the massager. The velcro on the strap gets snagged on everything also. I returned mine . It's definitely not worth $70 or $100. I saw some at a discount store for $40 and I can't say it's even worth that.

I barely ever write reviews but had to for this. I’ve been dealing with back pain for the last year or so. Ever since I bought this last week, I’ve been waking up without any pain in my lower back and have been able to go through the day without feeling as much pain as i usually feel. I only wish that there was a lower speed because sometimes it applies too much pressure. If you struggle with pain, try this! Throw it on while you watch some tv and let it work the pain out of your body.

It is a very comfortable and afforable portable massager. I like that I am able to use it in different places without having to move the cord and make sure that it long enought to use it.

It feels like someone hands is actually kneading your back. Great product and it will save you a lot of money on massages.

Really strong and will knead out any knots you have in your back. I don’t use the strap. It’s awkward to be honest with the strap. I just lay or lean on the spots i want massaged and it’s perfect. I don’t recommend using this for more than 15-30 min because it really is strong lol. I feel like I’d be in pain from too much kneading. I like this better than Amazon ones. Mine holds a charge just fine. Not sure why others have had other experiences. I have charged 1 times for a span of 3 weeks; using in 15-30 min sessions 3-5 times a week. I like that i can remove the outer cover to wash it in the future as well. Also its free use and i dont need to be near and outlet. Love it!

Not worth the money. Poor design. It's near impossible to get this massager to sit where you want it on your body. The strap is pretty much useless. It's near impossible to get it to hold the massager in place without literally having to hold it in place on your neck or back.

Ordered on Target app with same day delivery. Opened and charged fully but will not turn on. Will be returning. I suppose the delivery charge of $9.99 and the tip (which the delivery personal should keep) are just donations made by me.

This massager is excellent in terms of pressure and setting options. The heat is optional and you can adjust the intensity of the rollers. It stays in place on my shoulders unlike other models which shuffle around and move out of place. The cordless functionality is great; no need to be tethered to the wall while using. Note: This does NOT work while charging. The only downside is the placement of the buttons. When the massager auto powers off, I cannot easily turn it back on because the buttons are behind me. Would prefer if the buttons were on one of the flaps.

Seriously… buy this!!! The best back massager ever!

My husband bought me this for Christmas and I’ve really enjoyed using it. I like that it’s cordless. For those who say it shuts off after about 15 minutes, that is correct, that’s what it’s supposed to do and is stated in the owners manual. It does that to preserve charge. One of the buttons will up it to a 30 minute cycle if you press it. The best thing is that you totally control the pressure. I prefer to use it while seated on my couch, and from the shoulder blades down I’ll lean into it as much as I dare. For the neck I lean some or use the straps. I’ve been able to use it easily for arms, legs and feet as well. If there was any negative, it is rather heavy but I feel like I can lean into it as hard as I like and it’s always met the challenge. I’m a massage therapist and I’ve tried loads of different kinds of massagers, and this is one of my most favorite. It comes the closest of any tool I’ve found to emulating the feeling of manual massage. If mine breaks I’ll buy another.

This will last a 15 minute charge, if that. The worst massager I’ve ever boughten.

Seemed used and doesn’t work

Paid a lot more money for this than any other massager I’ve purchased in the past. Even when plugged in for many hours it still turns off after less than a few minutes and I have to keep pushing the power button to get it to turn back on. The straps do not hold it in place so it flips around every use. The timer button does not work and for the price I wish it had heat. I will be returning.

I have lower back pain especially when I am standing too long. This is much needed! I absolutely love it!!!!

This is the worst massager for this style you could possibly buy, and it’s far more expensive than most others in this category. The design of it is simply awful and I don’t know how it passed any form of QC and then the fact that it made it to production is just astounding. The actual messaging unit is held on by the arms/Velcro and is so much heavier it just flips over once put behind your neck. Also, the controls are on the back of the massage unit itself so in order to turn it on or change a setting you have to pull it off your back/neck. This is literally the biggest waste of money I’ve seen. Please do not buy it!
