A: When we make our TP, we use a chlorine-free bleaching step to whiten the pulp, but the pulp used is not bleached with elemental chlorine. Please also know that at Kimberly-Clark, we develop our products with great care and have rigorous safety and quality requirements. Our Cottonelle toilet paper is safe, and we do not use PFAS as a component in the production of our toilet paper. Thank you.

I was surprised at how much more narrow this roll was vs what I am used to. It made the roll seem smaller which almost meant more was needed. I did like the ribbed lining of the paper but I felt it was almost a little rough. It was not as soft as I am used to so wasn’t as comfortable to use. It did seem to hold up pretty well and I didn’t need excess. I didn’t notice any scent which is nice as I don’t like scented things. I will probably stick with my usual toilet paper moving forward but it was nice to try this.
