Does a good job at helping me go to sleep on those stressful/restless nights, but also works well when paired with caffeine on those long mornings. The taste is alright, but every three or four seem to be a little overpowering, but that's the only thing I do not like. I would definitely look into other supplements to pair this will, I personally enjoy a B-complex as it works together to make a good focus mix.

I’ve been using the L-Theanine dissolvable pills for the last few months and see a huge difference in how I start my day and my overall mood! I struggle with quickly getting stressed when things pile up and since taking these I’ve been more mentally relaxed and they help me start the day off right!
