Good quality, great look, but a bit of a challenge to assemble.

We created a comfortable historical research spot so patrons can share our library. We are a small museum and this table fits our space well.

Cutting corners… P piece was not stained and measurements were off for pieces.

Flimsy material made of wood chips.

I used two afternoons to put it together. Solid feel to it. And it is the right height for me to get my long legs underneath. I use it for my computer work (emails, video and reading files). I am very pleased with the look and feel of this product. I would recommend buying it.

I bought this to use at our model railroad historical society for a ""train order operator"" desk. It has that old time industrial look about it. The sturdy desktop will be ideal to bolt vintage telephone and telegraph instruments to. I was especially pleased with the large main drawer, so I won't have to fold the ""train sheets"" like I used to with another desk. Sauder kits are always fun to build and this one was no exception.

Took awhile to put together but finished it in about an hour .

Once assembled, the desk looks great. The colour looks nice against our wall. The only negative is that you have to read through all the instructions first before assembly. We started on page 1 and had to undo some of the screws to make the parts fit. Other than that, we would buy Sauder furniture again and as a matter of fact, we purchased 2 wardrobe/storage units to put in our newly finished basement.

We are using this table as a desk/laundry table. I am a 62 year old women and I assembled it all myself with no issues at all. The instructions were great and very easy to follow.

The Sauder Writing Desk will be used in a home office. The sizing is very suitable and will fit the room size. There is also ample surface space to hold a laptop and other office items and the two drawers are super for hiding away clutter from the top of the desk. The assembly took my wife and I about 5 1/2 hours and went very smoothly - reading the step by step instructions is a must but when you do so, the assembly is very straight-forward and, the instructions are very well done.

This is a great desk and is easy to assemble. It looks amazing.

I have a somewhat irregular space in a bay window. The desk fits the window width perfectly and does not impede the radiator at all. I bought the desk with the intention of cutting an additional top to exactly fi the bay and then using the whole thing as a model railroad workbench. . It seems that everything is working out well. The drawers give me the extra storage needed for very small tools, etc. For the first time in many years, I will have everything handy and within reach, both on and below my work desk. . Altogether, an excellenl t design and a well manufactured product.

Great product, easy to put together, good for home office

I love this desk, it's just what I wanted! It's a lovely style and I'm very happy with it. We have purchased Sauder furniture in the past and I purposely searched for this item. Took my husband no time to put it together. He loves that all parts come in the box, everything lines up, no additional drilling to make the pieces fit! Sauder is always my first search! I hope they continue to offer quality furniture at really reasonable prices!

All parts included and instructions were excellent. Looks great.

The desk looks very nice when finished, it takes two people to assemble. My wife to organized the parts and read the instructions and myself to do what she says as she hands me the screws etc. We are seniors and we completed it in 5 hours.

The desk is a solid and beautiful piece of furniture. The assembly was for the most part very easy, the instructions were easily followed and logical. Just a few problems cropped up: the glue provided had separated and could not be used, some of the pieces are not labelled. My greatest frustation was the bubble pack holding the hardware, it is to flimsy and easily slips onto the floor, it is hard to identify the pieces. But these were minor problems and don't reduce my satisfaction with the products I bought, the desk and the tv stand.
