Courant Essentials CATCH:1 Single-Device Wireless Charger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mac 1 is fantastic but the Catch 1 is difficult to connect with- you can’t place your phone on it and assume it will start to charge and it doesn’t even charge some of the phones in my house. I wouldn’t buy this again. I would buy the Mac 1 again.

I really wish this worked out because it’s a really good looking charger. It was just SUCH a pain in the butt to find the exact spot for my phone to charge. I was constantly having to shift it around before it picked up the spot which is so frustrating.

This product stinks. While it’s aesthetically pleasing, it fails to charge your phone. Out of three nights using, it charged my phone once.

He seemed to bend the cords somehow when inserting, and they’d stop working. This method is SO easy and foolproof really. And it looks classy too - the fabric is very high quality.

looks good but you have to make sure it on the correct way for it to charge otherwise it does not charge properly

Both models I purchased of this item stopped working within the first month and a half. For the price, I expected a more premium product but it’s just nice visually. Would not recommend. Especially awful since I bought them both as gifts.

I've purchased two for my own use and two as gifts. Sleek, functional, and most of all, IT WORKS GREAT.

Not sensitive, have to adjust phone around to catch the charge. Tried taking the case off, no better. Sending back.

I ordered the CATCH 1 and the CATCH 2. The CATCH 2 came with an outlet adapter and the CATCH 1 did not. Why isn't there an outlet adapter included in CATCH 1? Why don't you sell the cables and adapters as single item accessories? What happens if a cord or adapter is lost/damaged - you have to but the whole package again? Neither of them were fast charging for my phone, but when I used the CATCH 1 with the adapter from the CATCH 2 box - then it was fast charging. Also, neither worked to charge my Samsung Galaxy Watch5. I wanted this product so bad. I waited and waited for a good deal and I'm unfortunately disappointed. They are beautifully crafted but do not serve the purpose I was hoping for. I will be returning
