Disc worked with a different cord then the one provided.

I bought this charger and it does not work. It will pop up as charging at first and it stops after a few minutes. I tried with and without a case and neither seemed to make a difference. Would not recommend. Complete waste of money.

It’s never been a reliable charger. Will start charging then quit after a few minutes. Now after about a year it has stopped working entirely and makes a weird whining noise.

No matter which direction or way you place your phone on the charger it will only make a sound like it connected to charge and then immediately stop charging. It seemed expensive to me for just a simple wireless charger but now after purchasing and realizing it doesn’t even charge.. it is absolutely not worth almost $30

Like so many of the other reviews, I had a similar issue where it doesn’t even charge no matter how many times I make sure my phone is placed correctly. Sometimes it charges for a few minutes then cuts off. I really want a refund because this product was flawed from the minute I used it but I don’t have the packaging.

It might be a circle but you still have to position your phone correctly. If my phone is bumped and spins slightly, it will stop charging. It has now left me with a dead phone and no morning alarm several times. I gave up on it and went back to using a cable. I wouldn't want to even give it to anyone because of how frustrating was, so it went in the trash like all the other e-waste.

The charger decides to work when it wants to. The first few days it was fine but there's been multiple nights where I have woken up to a dead phone and no alarm because it decided to stop charging at night (after it was positioned to charge when I went to sleep). Eventually you have to perfectly angle the phone for it to vibrate (indicating it is charging) and then one second later it stops charging. And finally, it just stops working, which is where I'm at now. I came on here to see if others were having the same issue and it seems to be a common occurence. Fix this product or take it off the shelves. It's a complete waste of money.

It has a red indicator light that is very bright in the dark. I would not have bought it if I knew there was a light on it. It also makes a constant electronic whine while plugged in, except when the phone is charging. I have to unplug it when it's not in use. Also I have to place the phone in exactly the right position or it will not charge--even though it starts to charge at first. If it's in the wrong position, it will stop charging after a few seconds. Overall it does not meet the level of convenience that I was looking for.

I have an iPhone 14 pro max and I set it on, it connects and starts charging and then I wake up to it having stopped and disconnected. First night, I chalked it up to user error but two nights in a row is poor design.

This charger does not reliably charge my phone. Most of the time when I try to charge my phone overnight, I wake up to an uncharged phone. Not only does it not provide charge but my phone has less charge than when I placed it on the charger. When I place the phone on the charger I make sure it engages by checking that the green battery charge light comes on and that I hear the sound indicating it is set in the charger properly. Even when it appears it is charging I wake up in the morning to an uncharged phone. Very frustrating!
