I bought this once before and thought it was hands down my favorite product. However upon the last time I bought this product, it arrived seemingly full but when I pushed down the applicator I came to find it was entirely empty. I would like to use it again but I fear to waste my money for a second time.

I bought this 3 days ago, worn it twice. I like the texture, how it's packaged. I used the online option to select the color. Color is the reason for my low rating. It tends to look white /too light indoors... which is where I am most of the time. I thought I could get a shade darker but for "warm" skin tone there is only 3 options. I'm going to look for a other brand with more options for tanned skin.

The original bottle was always difficult to completely empty. I LOVE the way it pumps up from bottom so that you never waste a drop. What a wonderful idea! I have used this ever since Clinique did away with my favorite foundation. I have tried so many high end products, only to realize this is so much better than all of them, and at a FAR better price. I have been using soft honey for about 5 years now. I love the coverage. I mix it in with my vitamin c serum and then put it on and it just covers every flaw without feeling heavy or cakey. I also bought a lighter shade and sometimes I mix the two and it makes a great concealer since it's so creamy. please don't change the formula and don't ever retire it! I'm 67 and I hope to be using it for a long long time.

I was using Classic Ivory which was a bit too dark so I switched to Creamy Natural, which looked lighter than the Classic Ivory. But when I tried on the Creamy Natural it was definitely darker on me. Should I try the Ivory?
