A: No, it says in the booklet that the vent is on the bottom. Do not set on carpet or towel.

Q: where do you put the water? The blue top doesn't come off like the instructions are showing.

A: To fill this unit, remove the blue water tank from the white base and flip the blue tank over so you are looking at the bottom of the blue water tank. On the bottom of the tank there is a circular water tank cap that can be unscrewed to reveal a hole. Fill water into the hole that was covered by the water tank cap. once you have water in the tank, turn the cap to the bottom of the tank, turn the water tank right side up, and place the tank onto the empty white base of the unit.

A: 0.2 gallons is around 3.2 cup s of water. The run time on this unit using a full tank of water is up to 8 hours.

Item is compact and easy to clean. I like that it doesn’t require a filter. We’ve had ours 4 months and it still works. The nightlight feature is perfect! A previous brand’s nightlight was too bright for us and kept us up, but this one is just right and we can see baby just enough but still sleep. It’s even soothing on to look at. My only complaint is that we have to refill ours in the middle of the night to get it to last 10-12 hours. I don’t like that and feel like it has a flaw if we need to refill it partly through. However, I’d rather refill it and use it than return it.

It works great when it actually works! The plug for the water broke within a month then following that, the wire for the power started working intermittently. Pretty cheap product. Don’t waste your money, just pay for a little bit more cost one.

It completely stopped working within the first month. Without a humidifier, my sinus go insane and I wake up with headaches. The nearest Target is 20 miles so I haven’t had time to make the journey to replace this piece.

I bought this yesterday to put in my son’s room the first time I used it was during his nap and it seemed fine but then I used it over night and water leaked all over the the stand I had it on I thought It was a fluke so I tried it again for nap time again water was all over the stand. I then thought maybe I didn’t screw the cap on tight enough so put more water in the holding canister so it would be already for bed time and when I went to get things ready for my son to sleep I found a the humidifier was leaking again. I plan to return this ASAP I am so bummed

Great little humidifier. I have purchased this twice to keep in different rooms in my home and it works perfectly. The nightlight is an added bonus and My kids love having it in their room. The price is great and the item is much smaller than many of the other styles in target.

This little humidifier does put out quite the mist, in that aspect it is great! But, it also has a very noticeable and loud dripping noise while it is cycling through and kept me up at night. Due to that, I had to switch the humidifier to my sons room since he has a noise machine and then you can't hear it.

Do not buy. This product is junk. Cheap plastic breaks easily. I used one night, tried to get ready for second night and all three broke. Not by my means, but because it’s a cheap product. Do not recommend. Too much money wasted.

I purchased this humidifier twice. Both times I had the same issue. The humidifier worked well, until the threads on the water tank broke off. The first time I figured it was a fluke, as the box was slightly damaged. The second time turned me off to this product completely. Don’t waste your money.

The mist basically falls straight down and made the table it was sitting on very wet. Unusable if you need to put it on a wooden surface. There is no output control.

the humidifier looked big in the picture but when I went to Target to go buy it the box was tiny! I set it up as soon as I got home and noticed that the mist streams upward but then falls down. I would definitely recommend putting this humidifier on a plastic surface it seems like it might mess up the wood

I bought this recently my mist output seems off it goes up in air about a foot and then just drops down is this normal? I had a bigger crane humidifier and didn't do this and yes I am using distilled water in it. Jury still out on this.

I have several humidifiers but my wife decided my son needed one for his bedside and this was the one chosen Apparently the one we got is missing the removable stopper in the bottom because filling it caused water to pour through the electronics and immediately ruined the machine.
Overall a good work horse

I received this product for review from Crane. I like the small size and the night light feature. It does have quite a bit of bubbling that can be heard throughout the night but it isn’t overwhelming. I do wish it could go two nights without refilling but that’s what the larger ones are for. Will definitely put it to good use.
