Set up was fast but I wouldn’t pay more than 8 or 10 dollars for this , $16 and it’s hard to see the little creatures once’s they are in the solution , we pressed them against the cup to see them but they are slimy so they move. This is something I know will be in the trash by the weekend

This was a cute quick project for 5-7 year olds. They still needed a little help and would recommend glue the top down so they can’t play with the gel.

My daughter, nieces and nephews had an absolute blast playing with it and it actually glows in the dark which is super cool. It takes a little time to assemble, which I think the kids enjoyed. They took their time and were distracted by it for several hours, which I really appreciated! 😆 This is a great gift for little kids and can be used in so many settings, including a classroom! 10/10 would recommend! 🫶🏾

It's definitely something easy to create and have fun with the kids. It didn't glow in the dark though. I was excited for it to glow, but for some reason it didn't.

Thank you for your feedback - it is necessary to charge the jar with a bright or blue light so that it can emit a subtle glow.

They had a lot of fun doing it. However they did add different stickers to the jar as they did not like the ones it came with that much. I am going to buy more things like this for them to do since they really enjoyed it.

The axolotls aren’t real but the mini replicas are quite cute and we had fun doing this together and learning about the axolotls! It does glow in the dark very nicely! I was impressed by the glow factor.

So you would not have any problems putting this together. Once we got it put together it was amazing and the best part was it came with glow in the dark stickers. This is a most buy if your kids love axolotls.

I appreciated the fact that there was more than enough gel, I even had to throw some of it away because there was too much. my daughter loves looking at this. It feels pretty solid, though I’m considering glueing the lid on just to ensure my daughter doesn’t open it and eat the gel. My only minor complaint is I wish the “bubbles” were easier to work with
