After trying it I gave it to my uncle who has a beard! He Loves it! Said he felt like the ladies in the old herbal essence commercials! I liked it as well it made my hair feel soft I was scared it would be too soft and unlock my hair but it did not instead it made the ends of my hair curl even more! I really also enjoyed the scent and so did my uncle! The packaging is nice too!

He has used Cremo brand before and has liked the products but wasn't very impressed with this one. He didn't like the scent. He said it smelled like if someone was burning sticks, I personally didn't like the scent either. He didn't like that it soften his beard like other brands do.

He sports a mustache and beard (of different lengths at different times) and is always looking for a moisturizing beard product that is gentle on the skin, not too heavily scented, and a great value. The product smells great & doesn’t have an overly masculine sandalwood scent. My husband used this on his coarse beard, & his facial hair felt softer. Cremo Beard Deep Conditioner in Palo Santo really made my husband's beard much softer. He has been a huge fan of Cremo products but this was his first time trying their beard conditioner. It was easy to use in the shower and lathered in nicely. He then brushed it and styled as usual. His beard was significantly softer and more manageable. He uses it about once a week now to just help restore some moisture to his beard. The smell was pleasant as well, not top overpowering. Overall, I recommend it and will continue to buy for my husband in the future.

I don’t think his beard has ever been so moisturized. I’m not a huge fan of the scent but he seems to like it so that’s all that matters!
