Q: How many times per day is the recomended use, and... I am doing this for the first time; I feel like brushing five times per hour to see if there's a difference. I'm so excited!!!

A: We can't wait for you to see the brighter sparkle in your smile, Rhonda, but there's no need to rush perfection! Our two step product is designed to be used for two minutes and twice daily. Use Step 1 to deep clean the surface of your teeth for one minute, then spit, but do not rinse. Immediately use step 2 to polish and whiten your teeth for an additional minute. It’s not recommended to use either of the steps without the other, or in combination with other toothpaste products. Daily use will provide a cleaner feel and brilliant whitening in no time!

(Step 1) Strengthens teeth, stronger enamel ***but will create a dry mouth @ tongue fissures*** if not rinsed off immediately (advised to atleast rinse tongue — not teeth— before using step 2) (Step 2) Whitening isn't a concern, barely used = no white stripes needed ____ Crest should focus on making oral health (strengthening enamel, sensitivity...) a priority (most of their whitening toothpaste would be EXCELLENT @ best for sensitivity, strengthening enamel ***only if whitening agents were excluded*** ) gum health is automatic with all of their prohealth and 3d white toothpaste. ____ Step 1: would be equal to "diamond strong toothpaste" but it doesn't perform a deep clean. Also if used 2x daily it's a definite dry mouth even after rinsing. (Step 2 = if you have sensitive teeth it would make worse = best to only use step 1) Absolutely no mouthwash is required (no other whitening products required) _____ "3m clinpro" cream ≈ 2000 strength (not weaker ESPE gel. also stronger clinpro 5000 is only prescription) is a lot better at strengthening and whitening teeth (better and simplified teeth health) but can't buy locally

I’ve tried so many whitening toothpastes on the market and I assure you that this one is the best. It beats out the Colgate Optic White and Arm and Hammer Lines. The Step 1 deep cleanse toothpaste feels so luxurious on your teeth, it foams up and cleans all the crevices and gaps. The Step 2 whitening gel is pure magic. The highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide is super effective and works like magic to make my teeth white. PRO tips: wet your toothbrush in between steps 1 and 2. I also brushed my teeth with a sensitive toothpaste, I like ProEnamel by sensodyne a week prior to using this product to decrease sensitivity!

They don't list the percent of hydrogen peroxide on this product, I emailed them and asked them about the h.p percent content. They refused to answer me citing proprietary reasons. I don't buy from companies that refuse to be transparent with their products. The dishonesty is very telling to the company's character and how they feel about their paying customers. Also when you see people's before and after photos, notice the lighting. Indoor lighting for the before and natural light for the after. I mean really?
