I’ve tried about three of these treatments so far, and I’m already impressed with the results! I noticed some changes as early as the first test strip, but I wasn’t entirely convinced—I thought I might’ve been imagining it. By the third treatment, though, the difference was clear: my teeth looked noticeably whiter. These didn’t cause any sensitivity or discomfort, which had me wondering—do I just have a high pain tolerance, or are these actually formulated to be gentler? I’m leaning toward the latter; they seem like an improved version. You’re supposed to leave each test strip on for an hour before removing it, and I wouldn’t recommend going beyond the suggested time. I’d easily rate these a 5/5.

These whitening strips definitely make your teeth whiter after 1 use. You get 14 treatments that include upper/lower strips in each. You use once daily for an hour. These are enamel safe as well as no slip. When you peel strips off your teeth. Make sure to do it gently. I’m a coffee drinker and noticed my whiter teeth when hour was up. However, my teeth were immediately sensitive after. Therefore, I can only use these twice a week. Also, 60 minutes is too long for me personally. I prefer the 30 minutes for strips instead.

They do gripe onto the teeth well, I recommend drying your teeth really well to help adhesion. I did experience a little sensitivity using daily, so skipping a day or 2 in between works better for me.

They are individually packaged and convenient. You do have to leave them on for an hour each day though, so finding an hour when I have two toddlers is a little tough!

You are supposed to wear them for 60 minutes and there is a top and bottom piece. I have tried some of the other ones but this one seems to remove much more stain, claims to whiten 18 levels in 2 weeks. Very easy to apply and remove.

It easily lifted 5 shades after 3 days! The price point is so hard to beat and they are really comfortable to wear! Basically no excuses not to have super white teeth!
