Crest Pro-Health Whitening Gel Toothpaste

Bought this as a reccommendation from my dentist. This claims to whiten, my teeth had stains. I brush 2x a day. Got a cavity, never had a cavity in my life! Had to get a filling. Only get this if you’re desperate and have no other option.

I have used this for years, however the last year or so I have noticed it is not the same. A different taste and colour. Boo! Have to try a different brand Iguess

This used to be my favorite toothpaste and the only one I would buy but the flavor changed and now I don’t like it anymore. Guess I’ll have to find a new toothpaste.

I switched to Crest ProHealth many years ago when I noticed that another brand I was using, didn’t prevent plaque. I’ll be honest, I rarely floss. I hate it. I see my dentist routinely and they always say “wow, you have clean teeth. I have nothing to scrape” or there is so little they had to really search for it. This toothpaste and the other prohealth line from Crest, are the best. I will never leave this brand because it’s done amazing for my teeth.

I love the gel and light mint flavor. I have sensitivity to strong mint flavors

Good product and at a good price

We’ve been using this toothpaste for years. Bought it recently and the formula changed! E we can’t stand it now! Sad we have to search for a new toothpaste. Not happy with Crest for this change.

They changed the flavor. This has been my only toothpaste for many years because I hate minty toothpaste. But now this is just another minty toothpaste. Sucks, I have to find something else now.

This toothpaste burned my tongue and gave me sores in my mouth. Apparently this is common with Crest Pro Health, which I only read about after purchase. Threw it away after only a few uses. Avoid.

I have used Pro-Health Whitening toothpaste for years and noticed it tasted different a few months ago. I threw out a few tubes thinking it was a bad batch or was environmentally compromised during shipment. Also started wondering if my taste buds were changing as i get older or if I had Covid, but food and drink still tasted fine. Now, reading the reviews, it appears the flavor was intentionally changed, it is absolutley disgusting. Three tubes I just bought last week are going in the trash and I am going to a different brand.

They changed the flavor!? Ugh now I have to find a new tooth paste. I hate peppermint and that's what the new taste is!

I'm never one to write a review on something, but I have been using this toothpaste for as long as I can remember, specifically because I loved the taste. It had a specific spearmint kind of flavor and was the only toothpaste I consistently relied on. However in the past six months or so, they changed the flavor to a super strong peppermint flavor without any warning or acknowledgment on the packaging! I thought I just kept buying the wrong kind of toothpaste, or that I was crazy until I came here and read other reviews also talking about the change. I won't be buying this anymore, which is so upsetting considering I used to buy only this toothpaste for years solely because of the flavor. I'll be searching for a new gel that tastes more like the old formula :((

I have been using Crest Pro Health Whitening for years. I used to love the toothpaste gel. Worked great and the flavor was perfect. Unfortunately, I noticed that with my most recent purchase of this product a week ago, the flavor is completely different. Rather than the light mint flavor, it has a new overly strong peppermint flavor that is a real turn off. The packaging changed slightly and a new amino acid was added but the flavor is completely different. Why did Crest do this?

I used to love this until the flavor has recently been changed to the same taste as the paste. I don't care for that. That's why I didn't use the paste..the gel had a mellower flavor..loved it. Please don't change things no one is asking for.

This was the only toothpaste I have used for years!! I just bought a new two pack and it is a completely different taste! I am very sensitive and can’t use this new formula. Why would it change!?!

Couldn't find it for a couple weeks and was happy I did - I thought. After using it I don't much care for the taste any longer. Used to be a nice light mint flavor and was easily my favorite toothpaste. Now it actually gives me a quite harsh peppermint type flavor and feels like It's got a slightly burning sensation in my mouth. It's quite hard to find a flavor I like and this filled the bill nicely until now. Guess we start the search all over again

I usually love this toothpaste and have been scared of it being discontinued or a flavor change. It’s happened. I restocked and noticed the packaging had been updated but still had the same words. The color is the same as well. But once using it, THE FLAVOR IS DIFFERENT. It left a strong aftertaste that the old one never did. I was so sad they changed the formula…. Hopefully I can find another toothpaste that tastes the same as the old formula. I’m very sad.
