Q: At least one reviewer mentions storage is an issue (cannot stack compnents). Can you address this and maybe post a picture of the unit stored away? I'm really confused about how this can be an issue.

Stand and the griddle looks great in the kitchen. After one year of light use, the electric dial attachment loses power and had to be pushed to one side to make it to work. After a few months, food started to stick. Going to trash in 18 months. This one is not meant for long term.

This was great at first, unfortunately after 60 days one of the black side handles broke while cleaning. It was the side with the electric prongs sticking out so i wanted to replace it asap. I contacted the company who informed me that although they do not sell replacement parts but there is a warranty. They forwarded me to that department who then rejected my claim on the basis that cleaning the unit is not covered under the warranty. Think about that.

Color was nice but dislike everything else. I was excited about using this, no going out side for a grill. However, it is very inconsistent heat, does not maintain the same temperature throughout the cook, hot cold spots. Comes apart to clean but it’s not easy cleaning the drip tray as that’s where you plug the cord. Not easy to store in cabinets.

I love this indoor grill because it comes with a lid and the or is an entirely different part for the griddle, so the parts are interchangeable. You are able to control the temperature and they is a drip tray that I covered with foil for easy clean up! I love that it is made by people of color! Go Target for promoting black businesses!
