Q: Is this cooker made in Korea? Also can I cook  brown rice?

Q: How long does this rice cooker keep the cooked rice fresh without getting hard?

A: All products of our cuckoo are advised to keep warm for up to 12 hours. After 12 hours, symptoms of odor induction and color change may occur, and if symptoms occur before 12 hours, rubber packing or detachable cover should be replaced. The approximate replacement cycle is 1 year or 1 year and 6 months. Thank you.

This is a very nice rice cooker with a simple one-button to operate. I've been using CUCKOO for many years. I bought this one for my daughter who is in college. This is perfect for her.

I got this rice cooker after looking at many different brands. The one feature that I truly loved was the option to keep the rice warm once it was done cooking. When I got it home, I didn’t realize it allowed you to warm up your rice from cold using the warm button and a bit of water! This has truly been one of the best rice cookers I’ve ever bought!! My daughter and I love it!!
