A: Hello, Oven safe to 550˚F. Cook on stovetop, in oven or under broiler. Glass lids only to 350.

After the second use, I seen noticed the back dust and metallic come off when I dried with a paper towel. I washed with dawn and a soft sponge. Unsure if this is toxic, but returning.
