A: This is a stainless steel pan and does not offer non-stick qualities. You may season the pan which will add non-stick qualities.
submitted byStay on Target - 8 months agoA: Immediately after each use, fill the pan with hot water and liquid dish detergent; let stand until lukewarm. Use a sponge or soft cloth to remove any remaining food particles. Do not use steel wool or other coarse metal pads that can make scratches. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately for a flawless finish. Cuisinart® Stainless Cookware features oven-safe handles that can withstand oven temperatures up to 500°F. Glass lids are oven safe to 350°F only. Caution should be used when handling any cookware handles and we recommend the use of potholders.

A: Donna, this is 3-inches deep. However, with the lid on, this sauté pan measures 5.7-inches in height from the bottom of the pan to the top of the handle on the lid. Hope that helps!

First time I used this pan the lid shattered into a million little shards. I had to throw away the entire contents of what I was cooking on my cooktop and it kind of popped and went all over the place when it broke. I reached out to Cuisinart and they said send pics so I did but I was in some kind of auto response loop and it just kept saying to send pics which I had. Beautiful pan but I am not a fan of eating glass.
