Gorgeous finish and a performance that matches. Cooked an inch thick (maybe a bit more) rib eye and it was perfect! Held up well at medium high heat and cleaned up to a spotless mirror like shine.

I purchased the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Triple Ply Stainless Cookware 16-inch Roasting Pan Skillet, Rectangular Roaster w/Rack. Wonderful. Used it to roast a chicken this weekend. Perfect. Unfortunately, when I went to register this pan online, Cuisinart kept listing this as a skillet. The skillet looks great but this is not what I bought. Nor what I wanted to register.
Loving this new pan

LOVING the look and sleekness of this pan. Cooked shrimp and sauteed vegetables in it and it worked very well. I need to get used to cooking on a lower temp. I made the mistake of cooking egg whites in it; didn't work well. I love to cook, so I'm enjoying this learning curve. I also purchased the 12"pan and 5.5 quart with lid!

I love my multiclad pro skillet. It heats up fast, evenly, and is so easy to clean, I just toss it in the dishwasher! Everyone needs one of these in their kitchen. I will never be going back to a nonstick pan.

Have only used for a couple weeks so take this with a grain of salt, but so far this pan has worked perfectly for simple tasks like frying chicken, eggs, etc. Very easy to clean and heats up quick even with low heat. Love this pan.

Although a little heavy, the pans are beautiful, sturdy and well made. No doubt will be the last set that I will need. I would have liked to have see through lids but it wasn’t a game changer. Would highly recommend.

This pan is great for searing meat! I'm happy with my purchase. It's much easier and faster to cook meat with this pan than with a nonstick one.

Beautiful Skillet but…it STICKS HORRIBLY. Even spraying w/Oil doesn’t prevent from sticking.

My wife uses this Skillet for things like cooking scrambled eggs. The eggs turn out perfectly and if cooked properly there is virtually no food sticking when finished. She loves this skillet!

I love these pans. No Teflon to scratch, stuck-on food comes off easily with just a short soak in water.
Great value. Very happy.

so far so good, learning the process of cooking with stainless, using bar keepers friend to clean and after a few weeks of cooking they still look brand new !
Upon initial use they stain on the insides.

I replacexd my old Cuidinart pots and pans with over 15 new pieces. The quality has gone down quite a bit.

Docked 2 stars for false measurements. I needed a 10 inch skillet for my new induction cooktop. I like my MultiClad saucepans so I ordered this. The cooking surface is only 8 INCHES. Won't hold a large tortilla. Sloping sides with a half inch rim around the top almost measures 10. I will keep it to use as an 8 inch but continuing to look for a decent 10 inch. I WILL NOT buy the 12 to get 10.
Not the non-stick shown in picture

Thumbs down graphic, would not recommend

The picture for this item shows the non-stick pan but it is not that; it's the regular stainless multiclad-pro. The pan itself is good; I like the Multiclad Pro line but the picture is deceptive and I am left still looking for a good, non-stick, tri-ply, pan for my new induction stove.
Beautiful set of pans and user friendly cookware.

Love the look of my shiny new pan. This pan is part of a set I got. I have used all the pans at least twice for cooking. I use BarKeeper to get nice & clean. Remember to not heat up pan on high. Use low until you put food in pan & put up to med. hi not high. You can use high when you're boiling water.

Things stick no matter what I tried hearing the pan and then nonstick spray and everything still stuck. Scratches all over it trying to get things off
