Received this grill as a service award from the company I work for. It was easy putting it together with the instructions and how the hardware was layed out. I wish the grill had front wheels on to move it around easier. Had a cosmetic issue with the display which was rectified by customer service.
Cannot get help. Doesn’t work after 2 times , suck

I really like this grill. My only complaint is that sometimes (not always) the temperature will fluctuate wildly for no apparent reason other than it seems the igniter gets stuck on. I have to turn the grill off, let the temp drop, and then unplug it to do a hard reset. To be fair, this has only happened a couple of times. Otherwise, this is a really solid grill. It puts out great smoke for the slow and low and the sear zone definitely puts a good browning on the meat. I also like how easy the whole thing is to clean.
Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm currently in love with everything about this grill! It was easy to set up, is easy to use, and most importantly it makes delicious food! So stoked to continue using it over the summer and to try out a bunch of new dishes! It's been a huge hit with me and everyone that I've fed so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took some time to put this smoker together and you need two people to do it but it was well worth it. We have only used it a few times and it is my first experience with a smoker so I am still learning. Both the chicken and the pork I have smoked came out amazing and I am looking forward to more delicious meals from it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Cuisinart 465 Pellet Grill is one of the best grills I have ever owned, it makes grilling and smoking very easy. At first I thought the meat was going to be too smoky for me but I was wrong. Being able to control the smoke is an outstanding feature. The digital controls are automatic which is something that gives me peace of mind so I don’t have to open the cover very often. This mid size grill is perfect for my family, it is not too big but I’m able to fit 2 big tri-tips plus some chicken on the top shelf. The capabilities of cooking on this grill are endless! The prep shelf is a plus for me since it has hooks for my utensils as well as a bottle opener. The grill is heavy and sturdy. I like the wheels sturdiness since it allowed me to move the grill very easily from one place to another. I’m very pleased with my Cuisinart 465 Pellet Grill I Definitely recommend it to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A life changer! I never in my life would have considered using a pellet grill. They seemed much too complicated to use. Also, I don't eat meat, and I assumed they were only good for smoking meat. I'm so glad I got the Cuisinart Pellet Grill. It's so easy to operate. I've used it every day since getting it! It adds so many new cooking options. As a vegan, it's amazing at smoking vegetables like corn, squash, potatoes, and my kids love any beef, chicken or fish cooked in it. I had tried making my kids ribs without using a smoker, and they were inedible. I threw some ribs in the pellet grill, and apparently they were fantastic. It's so easy! Just turn it on and come back in a couple of hours. The temperature probe is so awesome. I don't have to worry about giving my kids undercooked chicken. The digital panel is fantastic. There's no guess work. It's also completely clean, and the smoke exiting the grill is so minimal I have it sitting on my balcony. If you've never tried on of these, it's worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this every night for the last week side by side with our Traeger. Let me tell you that it is awesome! My husband absolutely LOVES it and it is super easy to use. Building took awhile due to the instructions not being printed correctly. I think it was just a malfunction that was overlooked but we figured it out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Cuisinart 465 square inch grill is fantastic. It's the luxury of all personal grills I've ever had. The grilling area is large, making it convenient to cook a lot of food at once. The capabilities of cooking modes offer a full range of different choices of foods to cook without worry of dripping juices. It's good for anything you can imagine from, grilled sandwiches to ribs and steaks. The pellets are fed automatically without worry, to self maintain the temperature.....foods can be well managed from high temp to low and slow smoked foods and jerky! We love the fact that it's a no brainer, no fail cooking solution. It's easy to maneuver with all terrain wheels that make it easy to transport over concrete, grass, dirt and sand.
Makes great tasting food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love to grill and smoke throughout the year. It was about time to get a new grill. This grill is very versatile. It does both smoke and grill. The grill has 465 Sq ft of cooking space. This combo is super huge so it was easy to find a place to put it. I love the hooks to be able to hang different tools. Assembly was very easy. Me and my husband had it knocked out within 40 minutes. The wheels that come with it is such a lifesaver. It was so easy to move through grass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the shipping container is very heavy. Once unboxed it was rather simple to put together as the instructions were very clear. The wheels make is easy to move around the yard which is needed because it plugs into an outlet. We started off with grilled steaks and vegetable that came out very well. It is nice that the food that is done can be moved to the upper rack while the remaining foods finish cooking. Another time we smoked and roasted a second cut brisket. It came out delicious and tender. The fat drains off into a container on the side. Both the pellet hopper and grease container are simple to clean out. The grill racks are spaced well nothing falls through and clean up well. This grill is very solid and well made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this grill for about 2weeks now. Fantastic grill with no issues. I’ve already smoked two pork butts, two baby backs, and a couple dozen chicken legs. Grilled some hot dogs and brats as well. Everything came out great with amazing flavor. Highly recommend this grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a pellet grill for a while now but felt intimidated because I thought they would be difficult to use and the price was much higher than a standard charcoal or gas grill. This cuisinart makes grilling and smoking super easy as the controls are fully automatic and take out any guess work. The grill itself is heavy and sturdy, something I didn’t expect for the price since it is lower than it’s competitors. The prep shelf has hooks for tongs and spatulas as well as a bottle opener. This grill has made grilling and smoking super easy and has caused me to actually grill more. Using the temperature probe also takes out the guess work of knowing when the steaks or chicken is ready to eat. Very happy with the grill and I’m sure you will be too.
