Q: Are you saying that you cannot operate this toaster oven on a counter while it's under a wall cabinet? If this is true, why is it different than any other toaster oven I've ever had?

A: You can operate on the counter top while underneath a wall cabinet but it should not be operated in a wall cabinet (not like a microwave)

A: A fire may occur if the Toaster Oven Broiler is covered or touching flammable materials such as curtains, draperies, and walls, when in operation. Do not store any items on top of the appliance when in operation. Do not operate under wall cabinets or in a cabinet regardless of door ventilation.

This is my 2nd Cuisinart Toaster Oven as my previous one only lasted 8 months before the on/off switch stopped working. I love it because the dials are easy to use, it is compact yet fits plenty of food and it cooks very well on toast and bake. I have no tried broiling with it yet.

I bought this toaster oven without actually seeing the features because I trust the brand. I was NOT disappointed. The functions are simple and efficient. The tray that collects crumbs is hidden and so easy to clean I love it.

I have owned a Cuisinart coffee maker for many years and recently replaced one that had worn out. At about the same time, I decided to replace an ancient toaster oven and, having had a good experience with the coffee maker, opted for a Cuisinart model. I am very happy with it. There are two features in particular I like a lot. The first is the tray, which upon opening the glass door thrusts out into open space, making it easier to place toast or a tray in the appliance. The second is the removable crumb tray at the bottom. Not only is it easy to remove and clean, but it protects against anything that falls to the bottom from smoking or catching fire.In addition, though I have yet to test the oven function, the dials for the toaster are extremely accurate. Last, as I now have two Cuisinart appliances and use both for breakfast, I get a chorus of the three distinct Cuisinart beeps when each completes its work. Highly recommended.

I bought this toaster oven to replace my instant pot air fryer, that kicked the bucket after 5 years. I wanted to replace with a toaster oven as my stove oven has an air fry mode, since I replaced that as well. I love the toaster oven and Cuisinart is a VERY reputable name. I am giving it 4 stars, as it doesn’t have a timer for the other modes, only to toast something. It is very easy to use and much quieter than the air fryer. I would definitely recommend this toaster oven to anyone.

Best toaster oven I've ever used. Everything gets toasted evenly and the other features such as warming or baking work great too. It doesn't have a timer but that has not been much of a problem for toasting as it shuts off automatically based on what setting you use. It could be a factor for some when baking or warming but I just use our microwave timer if needed. Easy to clean as there's a crumb tray that slides out without having to actually reach inside toaster. Also comes with a rack and a really sturdy tray. It does have a bit of a smell the first few uses so make sure you follow the directions and clean the rack and tray first before first use. I wound also run it on toast mode for a few times to clear the smell before cooking with it. That being said, it is the best toaster oven I've ever used. Easy to use and has features for just about anything you'll ever cook.

Purchased this hoping it would do a great job for toast and frozen meals. Toasting is very unpredicatble; noticed they recommend turning over the toast 1/2 way through--weird. Hate the loud beeping when the toaster time is up--sounds just like our fire alarm. Would return it but too late so going to donate it to thrift store. Plan to replace it with a Black & Decker model that pings when food is done.

Easy to use and works easily. Toasting and baking foods cook very nicely. It also fits on my limited counter space without being bulky.
