I felt like it kind of lacked some flavor and I had to add a bunch of seasoning and spices to make it more enjoyable, but as an alternative to dairy it’s good!

However, it tastes so good I had to stop myself from eating the entire box because that's a lot of carbs haha. I really enjoyed it though and appreciate it having healthier ingredients!

But I love macaroni and cheese and I do not discriminate from trying new alternative foods. Is it as good as regular dairy macaroni and cheese? Not even close. Is it ok if it’s your only option being dairy-free? Yes. It has a slightly more sour smell and taste to the cheese and the noodles are a little flimsier and less substantial because they are rice pasta. I did feed it to my toddler and he ate it without question!

I feel like this is a step in the right direction for replacing some dairy products in my life! It was the right amount of creamy, and blended so easily to the noodles, and was such a quick and easy dinner. I took one star off only because I was hoping for a little stronger of a flavor, but when I added a couple simple spices it really perked up. That makes it more versatile with other seasonings if you just want a great base!

I bought this to give it a try and see if I like it. I'm on a low carb diet. I cut out all red meat. I eat a lot veg and fruit. Try it you might like it.

This is pretty good for a boxed vegan mac and cheese. This white cheddar is my favorite one amongst the other flavors. It’s creamy and has a nice cheesy flavor. It’s great to have on hand for a quick week night meal or when you just want a comforting bowl of mac n cheese. The gluten free noodles aren’t my favorite but they don’t taste bad either.

This brand is such a disappointment. It either it has no flavor or it has an awful taste. Rather buy a pill and eat dairy then this nasty food.
