So far so good. FAN SEEMS TO BE A LITTLE WEAK. MY 5000 BTU WAS A LITTLE STRONGER. FOR A 6000 COULD BE FLOW AIR BETTER AND FASTER. SMALL BED ROOM

Danby 6000 btu, works well, cools pretty fast, I like the follow me option with built in thermometer also being able to shut off the display and lights is awesome. I gave 4 stars because it seems to makes a scratching sou.d when fan spins on low, annoying also air direction vents rattle a little but resolved with placing small pieces of foam betwen vent. The way the vent pieces are put together is plastic pins threw plastic holes, typical for vents, should have rubber tips on ends of pins that insert into holes to reduce vent vibrations. Cost would be minimal and would take care of annoyance for so many people

This Dandy 6000 air-conditions the 2nd floor. I have an old 1890 house and the top is an oven. But I just installed this wonderful device and wow everything has changed. I had an old one that was 20 years old but it leaked water everywhere. Have this Danby I no longer have a drop of water and its silent and perfect operation. I recommand it.

The unit itself works pretty good. The reason I gave it only three stars in the control functions are hard to see on the front of the unit, have to get a flashlight and get close to see what functions I'm changing, same with the remote. Other then that am happy with it so far.
