Horrible product and only worked 2 days. Called target online and got the ok to return it to my local target. Piece of advice if you do this, dont go to long beach bellflower target In the morning. The lady at customer service had the worst attitude and acted like you were trying con the store or something. Hey if the product is faulty why would I keep it? She seem like she did not want to process my return because was super condescending when I told her the product did not work. Because of that I got ended up getting my refund and going to Lowes instead.

Works fine but it didn’t come with the installation kit mentioned on the box. I’ll have to buy that separately. I’ll reach out to the company to see if they can mail the part to me since I’d really rather not carry an air conditioner back to the store, especially after carrying it up 4 flights of stairs.

Worlds worst ac unit! It doesn’t cool down a small bedroom. It made a huge mess because there was no drainage so the water leaks inside. Definitely not worth 180. Definitely put your money somewhere else, wish I would have read the reviews before not just the rating. I would rate it negative if I could. Complete trash

I would not recommend buying this item. It worked great the first few days we had it and now it doesn’t cool off our small room. (Less than 2 months later.) feels like wasted money considering our other air conditioners have lasted years in the past.

This thing doesn't cool my very small bedroom. I'm really mad after all the hassle of lugging it up stairs and getting it in. It is a piece of junk and now I have to return and and waste more of my time in this heat.

Believe all the reviews. Even after HOURS of running, it does not cool down the room. Our room is 10x12 and I kid you not it did not get any cooler. In fact, the room was cooler when we opened all the windows back up after the AC didn’t cool down the room after 4+ hours of running.

Annoying noises

Super annoying noise, and airflow isn't very adjustable. It makes a whining noise, I think from a belt, when the ac is running, and a rumbling noise. I know ACs make noise but these noises are much more annoying than the ones in my other window units. You can also barely adjust the airflow so it blows on my at night- again, unlike my other window units.

Works just fine for a medium sized kids room in the heat of summer. We only turn jt on at night. But the noises it makes would annoy me so much if it were me sleeping with it in my room. My son doesn’t seem to care, but it constantly sounds like it’s dying.
